Geographical Shipping Limitations We currently ship our products only within the 10 provinces of Canada. We are unable to ship to territories or outside of Canada at this time.
Address Restrictions We ship to common residential and commercial addresses within these provinces. However, some rural or remote addresses may incur additional shipping fees due to the higher costs of delivery services in these areas.
Shipping Fees Shipping fees vary based on the size and weight of the item as well as the destination address. All applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note, as mentioned, certain rural addresses may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated before the finalization of your purchase.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order is processed, a shipping confirmation along with tracking information will be sent to your registered email.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the efficiency of the local delivery service. Typically, delivery within major provinces occurs within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take longer.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
